Ram Charan film to be released in TamilPGV  [ Wed, Mar 14, 2012 ]

  • Ram Charan Teja and Tamannah-starrer 'Rachcha' is to be dubbed in Tamil and titled 'Ragalai'. Parthepan, Ajmal, Nasser and Seetha are playing important roles within the film.

According to producer R.B. Choudary, both the Telugu and Tamil versions can be released simultaneously very soon. Mani Sharma has composed the music and the audio of the Tamil version may be launched next week. The Telugu album has a fair response. Choudary sounds confident that the Tamil audio will also be well received.

He plans to release the Malayalam version also.

The film has a stunt scene featuring Ram Charan and the villains shot in a bomboo forest in China.

Four days ago, Ram Charan suffered a significant leg injury while shooting a dance scene on the Annapoorna Studio. Prem Rakshith was choreographing the dance when Ram Charan tripped and fell at the ground. He was rushed to hospital where doctors treated him and advised him to take rest for 3 weeks. The filming of the song needed to be suspened.

Choudary said the plan was to release the film by the top of this month but as a result of Ram Charan’s injury, it should be pushed forward.

This is Ram Charan Teja's second film to be released in Tamil, the primary being 'Maaveeran' ('Magadheera' in Telugu).
