Director Karu Palaniappan known for his Parthiban Kanavu and Pirivom Sandhippom, has started work on his new film.
Karu had made an aborted attempt at turning hero along with his Mandhira Punnagai, which flopped.
He is now playing safe and going for a remake of the Malayalam hit Ordinary titled Jannal Oram, produced by Hemanth Movies. Remember, Ordinary is 2012’s ‘extraordinary hit’ Malayalam comedy drama directed by Sugeeth featuring Kunchacko Boban, Biju Menon, Asif Ali and Ann Augustine.
Jannal Oram puja was held recently. The film sees the approaching together of Vimal and Vidharth in conjunction with Manisha and Poorna, who it's said might be seen in an excessively significant role. Parthiban could also be a part of this big cast.
The film shoot is being held in Kambam and other areas.
