Nizhalgal Ravi completes 500 filmsPGV [ Thu, Feb 16, 2012 ]
- Veteran actor Nizhagal Ravi has completed 500 films in his career spanning 31 years. Chatting with mediapersons, he said he was introduced in 'Nizhalgal' in 1980. After acting as hero in 60 films, he became a personality actor. He has appeared mostly as father. He has played villain characters too.
Ravi has acted in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada films.
'Suzhnilai' released on Feb.10 was his 500th film.
He is currently working for ten films.
Ravi said he desires to become a director and the time has now come for him to take the plunge.
